1. Services covered by this policy:
This policy applies to:
- Listing fees: Fees paid by users to list properties on the HomeQ platform.
- Subscription fees: Fees paid for access to premium features on the platform.
2. Non-refundable services:
The following services are non-refundable:
- Transaction fees: Fees associated with successful real estate transactions facilitated through HomeQ.
- Value-added services: Fees for optional services such as professional photography, virtual tours, or expedited listing placement.
3. Refunds for listing fees:
- Full refund: If a user cancels a listing within 24 hours of payment and the listing has not been activated.
- Partial refund: If a user cancels a listing after 24 hours of payment and the listing has not been activated, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refund: Once a listing is activated, no refund will be issued.
4. Refunds for subscription fees:
- Full refund: If a user cancels a subscription within the 7-day free trial period, no charges will be incurred.
- Partial refund: If a user cancels a subscription after the 7-day free trial period but before the end of the current billing cycle, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
- No refund: After the end of the current billing cycle, no refund will be issued for cancellations.
5. Processing of refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used.
6. Additional considerations:
- HomeQ reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it determines that the user has violated the Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
