Non-refundable services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following services are non-refundable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transaction fees:<\/strong>&nbsp;Fees associated with successful real estate transactions facilitated through HomeQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Value-added services:<\/strong>&nbsp;Fees for optional services such as professional photography, virtual tours, or expedited listing placement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Refunds for listing fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full refund:<\/strong>&nbsp;If a user cancels a listing within 24 hours of payment and the listing has not been activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial refund:<\/strong>&nbsp;If a user cancels a listing after 24 hours of payment and the listing has not been activated, a 50% refund will be issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No refund:<\/strong>&nbsp;Once a listing is activated, no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Refunds for subscription fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full refund:<\/strong>&nbsp;If a user cancels a subscription within the 7-day free trial period, no charges will be incurred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial refund:<\/strong>&nbsp;If a user cancels a subscription after the 7-day free trial period but before the end of the current billing cycle, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No refund:<\/strong>&nbsp;After the end of the current billing cycle, no refund will be issued for cancellations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Processing of refunds:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
